What are some good foods to eat to put on some weight during pregnancy?
I’m about 8 weeks pregnant and i keep loosing weight, i weigh 91lbs. Im not getting sick, i just dont think im eating the right foods and im on medication for depression. I really need to gain some weight, what sort of foods do you suggest?

You want to keep it healthy. Eat lots of protein (beans, chicken, fish, beef) drink whole milk, eat fruits and veggies, whole grain pasta and cereals. Take your vitamins. You might want to consider adding nutrition drinks too until you get your weight up a bit. At 8 weeks you wont gain very much but 91 pounds is underweight (unless you’re really short)
There are a range of food that are faily high kilojoule but still nutritious.. or at least not bad for you.
Nuts and nut oils (almond oil for e.g.), peanut butter, avocado and olive oil are all good for a high energy diet. You should talk to your doctor about being referred to a dietitian
