I was taking the HCG injection shot for weight loss purposes for about a month or so and lately have been having sore breasts, occasional cramping, spotting, moodiness, fatigue and depression. I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative. Just curious as to whether or not these symptoms could be from the injections rather that actually being pregnant.

i have a history of depression and when i was diagnosed with it at the age of 10 they put me on medication that made me almost 200 lbs (yea at 10 yrs old) i lost alot of weight… or at least refrianed from gaining more to where by time i was 17 i was a normal-ish weight about 160lbs im 26 weeks pregnant and im about 174 (so i gained 14 lbs) im afriad im gonna get on the scale one day and c that im almost 200 lbs and go back in to a depression and stop eaing and effect my baby (thats how i lost the weight b4 and i kno ill be thinkin that cause im already thinkin that way) i wanna make sure everything is good with my child but i cant help whats goin on in my mind anyone else expierence anything similar??? i need to kno what to do!!

I’m about 8 weeks pregnant and i keep loosing weight, i weigh 91lbs. Im not getting sick, i just dont think im eating the right foods and im on medication for depression. I really need to gain some weight, what sort of foods do you suggest?
