I don’t want to take medication, but events in my life have caused me to be extremely stressed. One moment I will be fine, but another moment I will break down emotionally and hurt those I love saying irrational hurtful things. One moment I will be fine, the next I am unable to stop crying. It is starting to effect my eating habits. It has near impossible for me to eat lately. No matter how hungry I get I can’t seem to eat.
