Pregnancy symptoms while on the birth control shot?
ok. my girlfriend just got on the shot about a month ago. we started having unprotected sex two weeks after. now she is experiencing symptoms of pregnancy but also side effects from the shot but they are both very similar. pregnancy symptoms she is having: stomach ache, nausea, throwing up, headaches, mood swings, very very sensitive, sometimes body aches. also her stomach makes noises which is really weird. anyways. side effects:change in sex drive, change in appetite or weight gain, depression, hair loss or increased hair on the face or body, headache, nausea, sore breasts. these are both closely related. i also read that the shot will throw off a home pregnancy test so i think the best thing to do is to get blood tested. i would like your opinion. pregnant or just symptoms?
the side effects listed are side effects from the shot. those are not the ones she is experiencing. the side effects she is having is listed under pregnancy symptoms.

It could just be the shot I had those symptoms when I first had the shot.
no offense but you still should not have unprotected sex… all birth controls are not 100% effective. i got pregnant using condoms… my sister got pregnant using the contraceptive put in… they are not effective… but she still could be pregnant but it is still kinda early to tell.
All her “symptoms” are side effects of the shot. And the shot will not throw off a home pregnancy test. She could test now. If negative and she’s still not convinced that it’s just the shot, then she can go to the doctor and have them tell her the exact same thing.
uhm….. you need to get a blood test im on the shot and i have some of the aymptoms but wheni went that said that i wasnt but people are differnt im thinkin that its the shot. i really dont like that shot im abt to cahnge to another birth control cuz i hatae the weight gain and stuff.
